Favourite art things

Preaching to the converted

I spent last weekend at a festival in Cheltenham, Greenbelt, asked by Ben Whitehouse to give a couple of talks to the literature tent. How many of them would be interested in the sort of nonsense I talk I didn’t know, but there was a fair crowd for each one and they were all nice enough to stay while I burbled — and a goodly few to ask questions afterwards. As BiNS readers you may find them a little old hat, and despite the slides there’s a little missing from the overall experience. The history of BiNS

Sort of. At WxWM2 (a gathering of Brum interweb interested types) I did a brief talk about how I came to start BiNS — it was improvised and I wandered wildly off topic. Thanks to the wonderful guys at Rhubarb Radio (where I also do the Saturday breakfast show, plug plug) it’s now available as audio. Listen to download it if you like. There are also all of the other talks too, not fair of me to pick one out — you will probably enjoy them all.
