King's Heath – who's heath?

Martin Mullaney says"The Council's Transportation Department are about to erect various signage directing people to Kings Heath – they have asked me about whether Kings Heath should have an apostrophe making it King's Heath." I think it should (the name deriving apparently from nearby King's Norton) – but feel free to play Lynne Truss over on Martin's blog.
