From MACE:

“Chris Tarrant taking the Worcestershire countryman Arthur Jones around Birmingham city centre and discussing the changes that have taken place over the last 25 years since Jones last visited the city centre.
We see Tarrant and Jones looking at traffic at the Bull Ring Centre where Tarrant points out the Rotunda. Tarrant then shows Jones how a parking meter works and the pair walk through shoppers on the ramp leaving the Pallisades shopping centre. Finally Arthur Jones is shown Spaghetti junction and the pair finish their journey walking alongside a polluted canal.”
