Community consultation for the JFK Mosaic on 22nd July – Digbeth is Good

The Birmingham Irish Community Forum are inviting everyone to a Community consultation event on 22nd July 6.30pm – 8.30pm at the Irish Centre to give feedback on potential sites for the old JFK Mosaic to be ‘re-housed’ within the Irish Quarter. [link]

    I think it’s good to see some solidarity in a communtiy. I think the Irish community could be a fine example, especially to the newcomers coming into the city and claiming as their own. I think a few lessons could definitely be learned there.
