Unlike most celebrity chefs he seems to be fairly humble and actually cooks at his restaurant instead of delegating it all to his assistants. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sure, the Brum food scene is a million times better than it was a few years ago but Glyn is the only really local lad who&#039;s made the big time and made a success of it, rather than being an existing &quot;brand&quot; setting up in Brum. We need more like him making the big time!</description>
