The Black Country is another, erm, country

We know that the Black Country is a long way away, but does a beer from there count as “export” when it’s only got to Brum? They’ve telling you yes in the Green Room, although it was off when I was in. (They have, however stopped that awful “no pints, only halves and pitchers” policy tho’)
