And, if you look closely you can see it’s shot in Victoria Square, focusing on the Council House but with a little bit of the Central Library and even a column of Town Hall sneaking behind Bob Wilson’s carousel. Decent bit of video effects work to replace the ‘Birmingham’ in lights above the Council House door with ‘Everyone’.
