They had some woman from the council on as well, she said the image was taken from an image bank where it was in the "Birmingham, West Midlands" category. You would have thought the council would own enough images of the city they wouldn't have to resort to buying them from an image bank... Although it does come from <a href="http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/locations/architecture/buildings/1478222_birmingham_skyline.php?id=1478222&refnum=332714" rel="nofollow">iStockphoto</a>, so they've paid for it. It would be difficult mistake to make - "Alabama" is clearly in the description if the photo, so maybe we're not crediting the Council design department with a touch of wry humour.
