Brum Link 4th July
Found this on teh interwebs:
- The Big Picture – Congratulations West Midlands! – "The 110,000 photos submitted from people across the region will be used to create a huge, record-breaking photo mosaic, the size of three tennis courts, to be unveiled at Birmingham?s Thinktank at Millennium Point on Saturday 23 August."
- New Custard Factory site live – Looks fresh, tread carefully until it's bedded in. I'm sure the team will welcome feedback.
- NEC Arena to be renamed as LG Arena after £28m makeover – Birmingham Post – £25 million "loan" from the Council, £3 million from AWM (possibly), no-one is sure it seems what LG are putting into this. The council own the NEC company, so would a name like the "Birmingham is Great Area" not be better?
