From my POV, the important thing is to ask what difference it makes if they apologise or not. In practical terms, it probably makes no difference. Neither response is going to get the (apparently illegal) hoardings removed nor the building brought back to standard. However, Cllr Hendrick, by taking a stand, makes it clear that there&#039;s still a principled attempt to hold Zaman accountable. It&#039;s the kind of thing that I&#039;ll remember at election time.</description>
