Magazine found, white and black, has name

Bearded Cover

The new issue of Bearded magazine is out and features the rather wonderful David Shrigley – you can download a PDF, or subscribe on the site (which I’m sure they would like). They are also planing a “Belated Bash for the Birth of Bearded” in Feb at the Sunflower Lounge, more details again on their site.

Thanks to Prime Objective for reminding me (Bearded types, you should get an RSS feed if you can).

  • We did have an RSS feed, we do but I'm not sure where it has gone though, will drag it back onto the home page. We are revamping the website at the moment, any suggestions for what you would like to see would be very welcome - gareth@fleeingfrompigeons.co.uk.

Kings Heath to Kings Heath in Five Minutes The Great Bull
  1. Birmingham: It's Not Shit loves Birmingham, its people, arts, animals, buildings, parks, grass verges, factories and bus stops. We've even got a soft spot for the Black Country.

B:iNS runs The Brummie of the Year Award, Talk Like a Brummie Day and organises odd stuff like spending all day on the eleven bus.

BiNS is mostly by Jon Bounds, a Birmingham based social web consultant, producer and writer. You can hire him to work on your stuff, or follow him on twitter. There's also stuff from Danny Smith and Karen Strunks.

Feel free to send us anything you're interested in - or think we might be.
If you've got gigs to promote, best to chuck them on the talk board.
