		<description>Never had any contact with whoever owns Brasso - I guess that it&#039;s the evil overlords that don&#039;t allow photography in the Bull Ring. 

Buildings I know there&#039;s no intellectual property rights attached to photos of them, with a statue there&#039;s the artist&#039;s copyright. I&#039;d say that &#039;public art&#039; was fair game. 

I&#039;m still keeping my head down tho&#039; - mind you if they sued me for all the money I&#039;d made out of BiNS they&#039;d owe me money ;)</description>

While we&#039;re on the topic of icons, have you come across any hoo-ha from the bull&#039;s &quot;owners&quot; about use of likeness? I think it&#039;s only a matter of time before the corporation decides that someone has overstepped the mark* and attempts to reclaim the representations for its own purposes. 

*Someone will make a stuffed toy version that speaks when you pull a cord, or someone will adorn an image with a hot heap of manure.</description>
