Capita, who specialise in taking outsourced work from large organisations (Central Government, the BBC) have won a 142 million pound deal to help “improve customer services” for Birmingham City Council.

They’re going to sub-contract the work to a company called Axon, adding a third tier to the, business of communicating with certain council departments.
