Birmingham - a model city : Originally uploaded by catnipmusic.

There’s a 3D model of Birmingham showing future developments in the Pavillions shopping centre. Find out which few bits of the city are not being turned into “luxury” (read tiny) apartments. According to the council website it’s been in the Pavillions since last Nov but it’s the first time i’ve noticed it.
