while the govenment are cheerfully ignoring the one million signatures on the petition against road pricing, someone called Carl Winnet has started one to petition the Prime Minister to Officially recognise Birmingham as the second city of the UK.
I’ve signed it, I think Popeye T Sailorman and Mr M Mouse will too.
